Orders will not be processed for shipment until full payment is received by Magnolia Soap Co.

If for any reason, your card payment is not authorized by your bank or Credit Card Company, we will not be able to process your order and it will become immediately cancelled.
Magnolia Soap Co. will not be responsible for any extra fees added to you credit card by your bank or credit card company for transaction made with us.
Terms and conditions:
All of our products are handmade, if you purchase an item from our store, it may not be an exact duplication because of its handmade and unique nature. You will receive a variation of the product, which can be in color, weight, shape and scent.
Due to sanitary and health reason, we are not permitted to refund or exchange your product, so please be certain of the product you choose before confirming your order. However, if there has been a mistake on our behalf of Magnolia Soap Co., please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Shipping:
Please note that we ship Monday-Friday, and do not count weekends or US holidays as business days.
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and shipped within 1-3 working business days, unless it is prohibited by an act of God or uncontrollable circumstances. If this ever becomes the case, we will notify you via e-mail.
International orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and shipped within 2-4 working business days, unless prohibited by an act of God or uncontrollable circumstances. If this ever becomes the case, we will notify you via e-mail. However, delivery time can be up to 15 working business days. If for any reason you have not received your order passed 15 working business days please contact us and we will do everything in our power to resolve this issue in a timely manner.
Magnolia Soap Co. is not responsible for any destruction or confiscation due to Customs. Special fees for Customs and/or imports are not included in the shipping price. Please research your Countries customs rules, regulations, and fees before placing your order.
Please note: Shipping fees will not automatically be added to your cart. Based on the amount of items purchased, you will be charged accordingly. We try our best to keep shipping cost down, so we will try to pack as many items that will fit smartly into flat rate packaging. See prices below.

If at all possible, to lessen the cost of shipping for international orders, we will adjust shipping price and refund any monies owed to you.
Please be sure to enter the correct postal address information. Magnolia Soap Co. will not be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect postal address provided on your behalf or deemed undeliverable due to incomplete address.
Magnolia Soap Co. will not be held responsible for items that are left at your door by courier that shows a proof of delivery receipt in our system. If your courier tries to deliver packages on multiple days without success due to a signature being needed or no one being home, the package will be returned to us for non-delivery. You will be responsible for paying shipping cost to have it sent out again.
